Rules
The standard timeframe for job completion highly dependable on number of pages of the document. The minimum timeframe is 7 days and the maximum timeframe is 30 days . In case of any urgent deadline (less than 7 days) requested by client, some extra charges has to be paid for the document will be prioritised by the editor.
All documents sent must be in MS Word Document Format . PDF Form is only accepted if it is truly needed with no other choices.
Procedures
1. Client reads through the rules & procedures of the service. Once agreed, client has to fill up the agreement form AGREEMENT OF SERVICES and email to zarrahym@gmail.com together with the document to be proofread/edited/translated.
2. Advance payment (30%) has to be paid prior the service provided. Client has to notify the followings to the editor either through sms or email:
a) Total Payment
b) Bank Name, Date & Time of payment.
3. Once confirmation of the advance payment received, the editor will start working on the document. The editor will notify the client through email when the job has completed and at the same time sample of a few pages done are also sent for client's review.
4. The full version of the completed document will only be sent after client has made the rest of payment (70 %).
